At Metanoia Homes, intake begins with a conversation. We want to learn about your recovery journey, your current situation, and what you're looking for in a recovery home. We'll take time to answer your questions, explain our expectations, and make sure our program is the right fit for your needs.

Once accepted, you'll receive a tour of the home, an overview of house guidelines, and support getting settled into your new environment. We'll help you understand the structure of the house, connect you with available resources, and introduce you to a community of peers who are committed to recovery and personal growth.

Our goal is simple: to provide a smooth transition into a safe, supportive home where you can focus on building a strong foundation for the future.

How Soon Will I Hear Back About Availability?

We understand that timely housing is critical to recovery. After receiving your application, we'll contact you within 24–48 hours regarding availability and next steps.

If a bed is available, we may be able to accommodate you immediately. If our homes are full, we'll place you on our waiting list and work with our trusted housing partners throughout San Diego County to help identify other recovery housing options while you wait.
